It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia follows the Gang, the co-owners and hangers-on of Paddy's Pub, a dive bar in South Philadelphia. Twins Dennis and Dee Reynolds, their friends Charlie Kelly and Mac, and later Frank Reynolds are vain, selfish, and endlessly sure that this scheme is the one that will work.
Most sitcoms want you to love their characters. Sunny invites you to laugh at five people who learn nothing, episode after episode, and the cast commits to it completely.
Created by Rob McElhenney with Glenn Howerton and Charlie Day, the show began on FX in 2005, moved to FXX in 2013, and became the longest-running live-action American sitcom by number of seasons.
